Experienced Maintenance Technician for Apartment Complex
Maintenance Technician needed for property located in Tallahassee, FL. Extensive knowledge of general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry appliances and electrical. Plumbing experience required.
Responsible for responding to maintenance requests for the property. This position ensures that all maintenance issues are handled promptly. Must be available some evenings and weekend hours for on call status.
Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Will be required to pass a background check and drug test.
Rate of pay dependent on experience.
Paid sick leave after 90 days, 40 hours vacation after 1 year.
Heath insurance available.
