Experienced Maintenance Man

Maintenance Man needed for a local condominium association. 30 hours +/- per week. Monday through Friday plus after hours emergencies (averages 3 times a year). Starting pay $21.00 per hour. Must have experience in plumbing, basic electrical, light carpentry, sheet rock repair, painting, cleaning, etc. Needs to be well organized, people friendly, patient, and detailed minded. Must have suitable transportation for occasional material pick up. Will need to pass a standard background check.
