Would you like to start working in Health Care?
We are a small, but established Primary Care and Holistic Clinic owned by a Nurse Practitioner. Looking for a Part or Time Front Desk Assistant. Must be friendly, basically computer literate, interested in learning and dependable. Hours will be 8-5 with flexibility. This is considered an entry level health care position. HOWEVER, some experience in restaurant, retail or other customer service work is strongly preferred. All employees are given opportunities to take on more responsibilities, more hours and earn raises over time. We would be happy to consider a more experienced person also.
20-28 Hours per week to start. Basic tasks are:
Answering the phone,
Communicating via web sites, email and Fax,
Making appointments
Checking patients in and out, including collecting payments
Wide variety of other duties for our small office
