As an Executive on our team, you could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members.Position Purpose: Drives innovative talent planning and activation strategies that empower the organization to stay agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape. This includes targeted talent planning and enablement for critical initiatives, organizational design and modeling, and data-driven talent insights to combat critical areas of talent gaps or needs. Partnering closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, ensures talent plans are developed and aligned with business priorities to deliver organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.
Leads the development and activation of talent planning strategies that support critical business priorities, ensuring the organization has the capabilities needed to effectively deliver key objectives
Develops and delivers workforce planning and organization design resources and tools to improve organizational capability and accelerate the business’s ability to capitalize on opportunities for innovation and growth
Collaborates with business leaders to proactively identify emerging workforce risks such as talent shortages, current/future talent gaps, industry disruptions, or skill gaps/mismatches. Develops and implements innovative strategies to mitigate these risks and safeguard organizational sustainability
Provides input into targeted employee sourcing plans, staffing models, and talent need forecasts aligned to critical talent strategies and financial and operational planning processes
Develops ‘just-in-time’ scenario-based workforce approaches to prepare for various possible futures based on business decisions and leadership changes
Enables and enhances data-driven processes for organizing, activating, and managing high-potential internal and external pools
Performs other duties as assigned
