This is independent work in which the incumbent will serve as both a human resource and employee engagement liaison. The incumbent in this position will play an integral role in the coordination of human resource and employee engagement activities such as sourcing, attracting, hiring, onboarding, assisting with planning, managing, and implementing special employee engagement events and activities throughout the year. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong relationships with our internal customers, creating a welcoming environment for our new hires, and supporting our leadership team. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist and respond to all internal and external HR related inquires and/or requests from Hiring Managers and applicants.
