This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health and Life Sciences, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced leader who enjoys building/maintaining complex, highly technical products and service. As a member of the Clinical Trials Planning and Operations team, you will help us adding value to the customers by delivering defect free solution.

Providing technical leadership, direction, and guidance for the existing team.Establishing and developing the team capacity needed to execute on strategy project.

Mentoring and developing junior engineers to senior levels.

Successfully leading a local team as part of a larger geographically distributed organization.

Delivering project on-time with the high quality.

Able to work on multiple technology and switch gears based on the business needs.Overseeing operational reviews and take appropriate actions to make the system available meeting the standards.

Get involved in the Sprint planning and ensure to meet the sprint commitment.

#LI-HR1Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development.
