Job DescriptionManages sales of the organization’s Security Services portfolio.In this role, you will bring your experience managing teams of Security Sales professionals. We look for candidates with experience managing a team of reps using expert, consultative sales approach and calling on Fortune 500 Enterprise, commercial customers. The role requires up to 50% travel managing a team of Security Sales professionals.What we like to see:

Documented, consistent success exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through thorough account planning and weekly forecasting sessions

Impeccable verbal and written business communication skills, and the ability to present effectively to executive leadership teams.

Ability to manage a high-performing team with a large number of active accounts who are also simultaneously uncovering and closing new sales opportunities and new customers.

What we LOVE to see:

10+ years of experience managing quota carrying, Sales Reps who are selling to the senior executive level within Fortune 500 companies.

5+ years of Security Sales experience

Passion for teaching reps how to identify new and expansion sales opportunities strong business acumen for uncovering, evaluating, growing and closing sales opportunities within a dynamic and extremely time sensitive environment.

Understanding of Oracle’s integrated technology solutions including Oracle Security Services Solutions as well as knowledge of HCM & ERP SaaS applications software, PaaS and IaaS solutions.

May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
