JOB DUTIES: Receive and distribute to case reviewers feed and seed marketplace inspection documentation for violation of Chapter 578, 580, or 581.217, F.S; Rule(s) 5E-3, 5E-4, F.A.C. Receive incoming e-mails and telephone calls and monitor feed and seed compliance public outlook folders; place outgoing e-mails and calls to licensees, consumers, and others regarding registration, penalties, feed and seed law requirements, and other issues related to the feed and seed program. Ensures that all outgoing mail is properly prepared for shipments via certified mail and USPS. Responsible for intake of parcels, sensitive and time-sensitive bureau mail delivered through a variety of commercial carriers. Initiates chain-of-custody log entries for all bureau mail delivered by commercial carriers. Greets bureau visitors professionally; assigns and retrieves temporary badges to all visitors. Maintains and orders Section’s supplies. Escorts visitors to various destinations within the bureau office suite. These tasks are to be performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Create, track, and maintain a log of transmittal memos for default final orders issued out of the feed and seed section. Performs other appropriate duties, as directed.
