Project Manager with DOH Experience

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on website redesign and CMS implementation projects within the Florida Department of Health or similar governmental healthcare agencies. Demonstrated expertise in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a public sector environment. Strong understanding of web development technologies, content management systems, and digital accessibility standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through to completion, delivering results on time and within budget. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures specific to the state of Florida is highly desirable. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
