Below is the Job Description for your reference: Job Title: Project Manager-Customer Engagement and Delivery Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Hybrid) Contract : 8+ Months Job Description: Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact for all areas of Technology with both internal Operations team and on-site client.
- Ensure program operations comply with all applicable requirements of the contract, as well as State and federal regulations
- Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers
- Interaction frequently involves special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization
- Has the overall responsibility of coordinating various technical teams (Such as various engineering teams, testing teams that make up the Solution for business operations to successfully execute their contractual obligations on your specific program
- Responsible for bringing together disparate groups / teams that are each responsible for their product domain to build, deploy and maintain the solution that meets or exceed client expectations
- Establish clear lines of communication between the various internal technical teams as well as business and ensure that there is free flow of pertinent information such as status, risks, issues, actions etc. at the appropriate level to the right stakeholders
- Negotiate and obtain the right resources from various project teams and matrixed support organizations (including global Outsourcing) across the enterprise for successful delivery and support throughout program duration
- Participate and represent IT in client meetings regarding issues, risks and overall status of the IT for the program
- As required, work with the Business Development and Solutioning Teams on new bids and re-bids related specifically to the program, and help define overall solution, pricing, scoping, risks for an IT solution
- Work with IT PMs in fiscal year planning and quarterly forecasting, including Change Orders
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT project management role or software implementation role, including experience successfully leading matrixed teams
- Prior experience with hardware, systems, and software implementation
- Ability to learn about the government services markets with an emphasis on health and human services
- Agile Program management experience, Agile certification a plus
