State locations and specifics are subject to change as our hiring requirements shiftThe Residential Inbound Sales Specialist uses a variety of tools, resources and skills to achieve sales goals. This inside sales role takes calls from current and potential customers to sell WOW! products and services and makes outbound calls to current customers.Let us tell you about the perks!· Be part of a company whose core values include respect, integrity, spirit of service, and accountability!· Pay: $40,000-$60,000/year!· Medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401k with a company match· Paid time off, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.· Significant discounts on broadband packages for employees residing in our service areas.What YOU need is:· High school diploma or equivalent· At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred· Able to read and interpret documents (scorecard metrics/data, safety rules, sales presentations, product information, and training materials)· Able to present complex information on the telephone to customers clearly and professionally· Need to be windows proficient and capable of learning complex billing systems (ICOM’s experience a plus)· Microsoft Office & Teams proficient· Customer Relationship Management CRM experience a plusWhat you’ll be doing:· Achieve a target number of connects, Conversion Rate, Bundle Sell-in and Whole-Home WiFI Sell-in - relative to budget· Follow all established processes and procedures regarding installation, security (customer and company), order entry, and disclosure requirements· Accurately assess individual customer needs and issues to recommend appropriate features, benefits and value of WOW’s product. Working to sell all lines of business relative to marketing campaigns and initiatives· Field inbound calls and make outbound calls with customers/potential customers expressing interest in WOW products or services· Maintain the sales leads database, and effectively perform outbound contact associated with the leads in an attempt to actively acquire new customers· Follow the sales call handling process to maximize sales potential· Follows current company procedures, packages, and policies; additionally, communicate competitive information obtained through customer interaction with the management team· Attend all coaching and development meetings including huddles and participate with professional observations and feedback· Embrace company values and ensure all activity and communications entail Respect, Integrity, Servanthood and Ownership· Other duties as assignedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:· Regularly required to talk and hear· Required to use hands to type, handle objects and paperwork· Required to reach and hold on to items at chest level or reach above the shoulder· Required to use close vision and be able to focus· Required to sit or stand at a desk and field calls for a full workday in a call center environmentWondering if you should apply?
