Documentation Manager -Corp Asset FinanceThe Documentation Manager is the head of the documentation team for Corporate Asset Finance (CAF) and oversees the work of the documentation and booking teams, ensuring that all transactions are closed, funded, and booked in accordance with credit approvals and Corporate Asset Finance policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Partners with various business lines, such as credit, risk, pricing, legal, tax and asset management to ensure all lease/loan documentation and risk management matters are addressed.

Reviews incoming documentation packages and prepares commercial documentation related to lease and loan transactions.

Assists in the closing process on all leases and loan transactions with the customer, investors, internal teams and outside counsel.

Communicates with external and internal customers as needed. Interacts with loan officers, lending department staff and outside contacts including attorneys, escrow/title companies and insurance agents.

Ensures that Corporate Asset Finance requirements are adhered to throughout all stages of the lease/loan process; from negotiation to documentation creation and closing.

Assists sales group in providing expertise for specific transaction structures.

Attends credit committee meetings.

Manages performance of team of Documentation and Servicing Specialists through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of high quality commercial operations projects and engagement, motivation, and development of team.
