Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager/Director in Stuart, Florida for one of our growing clients! As an HR Manager/Director, your main role will be to build up their Human Resources function, focusing on areas such as policy development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. You will be expected to lead with a strategic approach, creating and implementing HR policies and programs while fostering a highly effective HR team.Responsibilities: Building, leading, and managing a high-performing HR team to align with the organization's needs Creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's objectives Serving as a trusted advisor to company leadership on best HR practices, organizational structure, and workforce planning Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to streamline operations Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations Overseeing the implementation and management of HRIS and other HR systems Designing and leading recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent Developing workforce planning strategies to support business growth Overseeing the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs to enhance employee experience Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective resolution of employee relations issues Developing and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs Collaborating with finance to establish payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation Implementing performance review processes and designing career development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar HR role Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Strong knowledge of Compliance laws and regulations related to HR Proven experience in handling Employee Relations Expertise in designing and implementing Hiring Processes Ability to create and enforce HR Policy Familiarity with HR Compliance rules and regulations Experience in devising and implementing HR Strategy Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
