Description We have an exciting opportunity for an AP/AR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in a variety of industries and having worked with a variety of software's.Position requires a self-starter who works well under pressure, must have solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an ERP preferred. Any experience with a variety of other accounting software a plus! Responsible for data entry, communicating with vendors, statement research and approving invoices, AP, AR, and reconciliations.Must be local to the Tampa Bay area.We have a team of 60+ accounting specialists in Tampa Bay, that work for Robert Half on a salaried basis for their full-time career. Backgrounds for our staff vary from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeepers, Staff Accountants, Payroll Specialists and Senior Accountants.It's a 40-hour work week, plus paid overtime is available, if desired.And yes, even between projects in the field, you receive your salary and benefits!
