DUTIES
Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations.
Generate an efficient and timely delivery route that minimizes customer wait times when delivering more than one order.
Learn the names and recognize regular guests.
Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register or POS system.
Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable).
Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas associated with the job function.
Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding services or orders.
Assist with answering phones, taking orders, and preparing orders, as needed.
Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE 18+ CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
