Requirements: Must have a current driver's license as well as a current working mobile smart phone.
Pay based on experience.
Work Experience Desired, but will train:
Drilling and tapping metal, plastic, and fiberglass
Ability to make decisions, using the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives
Reading technical drawings and cutting parts to specifications
Able to operate a variety of power tools.
Sailboat and Boat experience desired but not required
Maintains awareness of and consistently practices safe work habits.
Maintains cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion.
Work in an efficient manner to maintain service schedules
Provides recommendations for problem resolution based on inspections in writing and verbally to the customers and the business owners.
Researches and identifies parts necessary for job and submits parts list to office team for ordering.
Capacity to work as a member of a team or by oneself to achieve desire results
Flexible attitude and versatility in learning
Unlimited or unimpaired ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb, lift 50 lbs and work safely around water, on a ladder or in confined spaces.
Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism

The Yacht Rigger is open from 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday, except for Holidays or discussed schedule changes prior to that date. The standard workweek is 40 hours.
