PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanicsto support various contractors throughout St. Augustine!Text “JAX HVAC " along with your first and last name, plus email address to (904) 562-8779Pay is $24 - $28 /hour DOESchedule:8-hour shifts - Monday through FridayResponsibilities:Highly Preferred Criteria: Experience installing spiral duct in a commercial settingAssemble and hang duct systemsInstall accessories such as VAVs, fire dampers, and control dampersSet hangers, roof curbs, and wall sleevesMeasure and cut sheet metal by hand or with toolsUnderstand and comply with Florida Building Code and Safety RulesFollow blueprints to determine project requirements such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or materialQualifications:Be at least 18+ years of age2+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC trade requiredAbility to read and follow printsBrazing / Soldering experience preferredReliable transportation to and from workTools of the trade and the ability to bring them to the jobsiteAbility to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the dayAbility to lift to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationPrior experience in the commercial field preferredWhether you’re new to the trades or a seasoned pro, come take charge of your career with PeopleReady Skilled Trades.
