This is a long term, contracted position, approximately 10 hours a week. Hours are flexible on your schedule. Salary with additional commission for new leases. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and problem solving plus someone who works independently and is very organized will be the best fit for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is needed.
