To oversee the on-going operations of a residential facility consisting of 4 apartments with 2 residents per unit. To provide staff supervision with follow-up in all areas of the program. Train staff in the implementation plans as prescribed. Two years direct care experience preferred. High School diploma or GED. Ability to be flexible with time and days assigned. Experience in working with adults with intellectual disabilities in the areas of supervision to assure safety and protection of rights. Will support and assist in self-care and daily living skills, and address behavioral and emotional crisis. Must have the ability to, or the willingness to learn to supervise staff and the on-going operations of a residential program to include staff schedules to meet program requirements. Must be physically able to complete required Professional Crisis Management training. Must have a good driving record and dependable transportation. Ability to comprehend and provide written documentation of daily events.
