We are seeking a experience quick study reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Building Cleaner /Janitor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial -medical facilities. This role is crucial to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience preferred in commercial cleaning, particularly in medical settings,
- Dusting: Dust all horizontal surfaces, including desks, countertops, and other furniture.
- Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep and mop floors in all areas, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners in all areas, including offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Vacuuming: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture in offices and waiting areas.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Office Cleaning: Clean and sanitize desks, telephones, computer keyboards, and other office equipment.
- Window Cleaning: Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Disinfecting: Regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, particularly in handling cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move cleaning equipment as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, possible early shift, 745am. Or after 5pm
