Full time management position available to the right applicant. Must be available Monday-Saturdays 9am-9pm.
Previous restaurant management experience required.
45-50hr, 5 day work week, always off Sundays. Restaurant hours are 11-7 Monday - Saturday. No late nights.
Family owned business that expects a hands on manager. (Must be willing to mix with the staff in order to keep things moving smoothly)
Job duties include day to day operations, shift and closing reports and balancing, managing staff, quality control and managing food inventories.
Competency and Leadership and the ability to encourage a positive experience for both the customers and staff will be one of the main focus of whomever fills the position.
