Facilities maintenance position available, 20-30 hours /week, depending on who we hire. Responsibilities may include lawn mowing and other landscaping tasks, restroom checks and cleaning, light fix it tasks, cleaning of event spaces, setting up and taking down tables and chairs for events, and other general maintenance tasks. Additionally, the person in the position will be scheduled to work during private events, especially those that take place after the Park closes. Therefore, availability to work shifts that start as early as 7:00 a.m., or that end as late as 11:30 p.m. is a must for this job.
This position involves working with a team and alone; at times you will interact with Park guests as well. A positive, friendly attitude and neat, clean appearance are musts. The ability to work well both with others and on your own is required. We are a small team that relies on all of its members, so we are seeking people that are committed to consistent, on time attendance and have a strong work ethic. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required. Drug free workplace.
This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
