We are looking to add to our Management team. We are currently seeking an Assistant Culinary Manager.
This position works with and under the Culinary Manager. This is an hourly position with an additional bonus structure.
Position Requirements:
Full Time Availability, 40+ hr work week.
Leadership experience or potential, based off of displayed work habits and skills
Basic food knowledge including cleanliness standards, food prep, Line cooking ability & organization skills
Able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50+ lbs, punctuality, accuracy and detail oriented
This is a working position meaning you will need to be able to perform in a high volume setting as line cook in addition to management responsibilities.
How we are different from most food service environments:
Desirable schedule, 8-10 hrs shifts, no late nights, 2 days off in a row weekly, guaranteed 40 hrs or more. We will never schedule you more than 50+ hrs a week

Specifics:
Hourly Compensation based on your experience, $18+ to start with an additional bonus based on performance.
40 Vacation hrs after probationary period that increases.
