Description Responsibilities:
Respond to IT issues, including hardware and software, connectivity issues, network logins and user access.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, in person and remotely.
Assist with onboarding of new users by setting up hardware and software and ensuring the right access to company systems.
Prioritize help desk requests based on the level of urgency.
Follow up with customers to ensure their systems are functional.
Report customer feedback and potential product requests.
Help create technical documentation and manuals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
Tech savvy with knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Strong communication skills.
Patience and the ability to manage stress.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
A professional certification like CompTIA A+.
