The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for aspiring nurses from Africa and their family abd friends in the US. This role is pivotal in guiding them through the opportunities we offer and assisting them with the monthly subscription process.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Handle incoming calls with empathy and professionalism, providing detailed information about our NCLEX preparation program.
Record-Keeping: Meticulously document each call in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring all interactions are tracked for follow-up.
Engagement: Set calendar reminders for follow-ups, actively engage in pushing our services through persuasive yet informative conversations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to share insights from customer interactions, contributing to the enhancement of our services.
Who You Are
Passionate about empowering others, especially within the nursing field.
A former nurse or someone familiar with the NCLEX and the US nursing landscape (ideal but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills, with a love for talking on the phone and helping others.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
