Must be experienced steel framer and drywall hanger with the ability to read plans and do layout
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
Lay out, compute position of framing and furring channels, and mark position
Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall and trim
Install horizontal and vertical high-quality interior walls for attachment of gypsum panel products
Trim rough edges from wallboard to maintain even joints
Fit and fasten gypsum panel products into the specified position
Install blanket insulation
Assemble and install metal framing and decorative trim for windows and doorways
Perform daily cleanup of work area

Drywall finishers must be able to provide a high-quality product
Must be able to use setting compounds (5 min and 20 min)
Patch drywall (undetectable)
Professional and prompt
Experience in texture preferred
Ability to use tapping tools
Knowledge of how to properly sand compounds
