Experienced Maintenance/ HVAC Technician (Titusville)
We are looking for a mature, experienced Maintenance Technician to prepare and maintain our rental units.
HVAC CLEANING & SERVICING WOULD BE A BIG PLUS with compensation. Variety of tasks such as basic plumbing & electrical repairs, painting, drywall repairs, installation of appliances & amp; fixtures, perform Pest Control. Must be professional, and pay attention to details. Needs to have problem solving skills and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to occasionally pick up supplies. Must be able to interact with Management & other members of our maintenance team. The goal is to keep our rental units in good operating order and prep new units for move in.
MUST HAVE: Valid DL, dependable vehicle, assortment of standard hand tools, and a clean background.
