Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting FSM’s marketing solutions, and building long-lasting client relationships. This position offers a professional work environment with structured hours and an attractive commission plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and other communication channels to identify new business opportunities
Effectively present FSM’s suite of marketing services, emphasizing their value in helping businesses target affluent demographics
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic and goal-driven approaches
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven success in a sales role, preferably with experience in outbound calling or lead generation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on relationship-building
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a team-oriented office environment
Familiarity with marketing services or a willingness to learn (comprehensive training provided)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
No weekends
