Experience in an office environment a plus! HVAC Dispatching experience even Better but not required!
Job Description:
Main Duty: Answering Phones, Dispatching and scheduling jobs for service and maintenance technicians.
Duties include: Dispatching and scheduling jobs for service technicians, routine clerical functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and File Management.
Able to problem solve and work well with others.
Must be able to multi-task!
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment!
