Our busy HVAC & Plumbing Company is in immediate need of an organized and dedicated dispatcher/billing specialist to join our team. The position involves communicating with customer/builders both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls assisting our customers and builders with their scheduling needs. Assuring that service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
Process daily paperwork from technicians
File warranty claims
