Job Description: Tron's Auto & Towing, a large family-owned towing company, is seeking a Dispatcher for general office duties. This role requires working 10- 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and log all calls for dispatch to drivers.
Dispatch calls to drivers based on priority status.
Provide excellent customer service.
Solve problems and think critically.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Perform typing, filing, and other office tasks.
Utilize computers and Microsoft Office programs effectively.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.
Experience with dispatching in a towing company is preferred but not required.
Business casual dress required.
