-Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service over the phone and in person.
- Organize and maintain files, documentation, and records for easy access and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
-Able to schedule appointments and should be able to know Brevard and surrounding counties (and/or know how to use a map).
This position will move into more responsibilities as time goes on so must be willing to grow in the position. Looking for an individual who wants to expand their horizons and knowledge. Permitting, inspections, ordering materials, etc. Roofing experience will be very helpful but will train the right person.
