Must have knowledge of QuickBooks
Provide administrative support to the Accounting Dept
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, and organizing documents
Accounts Payable
Taking and delivering messages
Must be excellent with numbers
Communicating with vendors or departments regarding invoices and discrepancies.
Verifying PO’s, receipts, and other supporting documentation for invoices.
Research and rectify accounting or documentation problems/discrepancies.
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
