Patent Paralegal/Secretary

Small but fast-growing law firm located in Cocoa Beach seeks a part time paralegal and/or legal secretary with 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution and hopefully some trademark experience. Skills required include preparing USPTO and PCT patent application filing documents, IDSs, docketing with Appcoll and Altlegal docketing systems, communicating with international law firms for patent and trademark filing; and experienced in filing applications on the USPTO computer platforms. Organizational skills for efficient workflow a must. This is a position for a person with at least 5 years of experience that is able to meet at attorney's office when required (about once a week) and allows for remote work other days. This is a part time position, and the hours required range from 5 -12 hours a week.
