Associate attorney position

Very busy family law attorney in Satellite Beach, Florida seeks applicant for family law associate position. The firm is seeking an attorney with some family law/civil litigation experience who wants to start their own family law firm We are seeking to trade office space along with all necessary office, equipment, training, and utilization of staff in exchange for approximately approx. 15 hours a week of legal work. The ideal applicant will have some law business in any area of civil law. Mentorship is provided on family law cases brought in by the associate with an extremely generous fee split and family law work will be referred by the firm, again with an extremely generous fee split. I have been successfully utilizing this system for over 25 years. If you are seeking a traditional entry level 75k plus associate position, please, do not apply. My former associates are highly successful in their own practices and partners in large law firms My current associate is doing extremely well and is starting his own law firm outside of my practice. Applicant must be a member of the Florida Bar and be absolutely committed to becoming a successful attorney, ideally self-employed.
