Cardinal Construction in Melbourne, FL is looking to add a reliable Service Technician to our team!
The Job Responsibilities include:
Install window and door screens
Repair/replace defective parts
Perform routine service and maintenance on windows and doors
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Report and update work orders back to supplier with effective communication
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
This position is Full Time, and the wage is $16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Work vehicle and phone provided.
The Job Qualifications are as follows:
Valid driver's license
Window/door aptitude not required but a plus
Familiarity with hand tools
Ability to handle physical workload
