Seeking a responsible janitorial person to perform a variety of picking up grounds and janitorial duties. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, clean background check, own personal hand tools, a smart phone, take pride in their work and have a positive, can do attitude. Multiple locations in Cocoa. One location across from Eastern Fl. State college on Clearlake Rd and the second location is on North Fiske Blvd close to Dixon Blvd.
This position is primarily an outdoors position, so must be able to tolerate working outdoors in normal Florida conditions. Ideal candidate will be willing perform all duties assigned in a responsible manner. We are willing to train the right person for a variety of maintenance related skills, including drywall repairs, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, irrigation repairs, and other assorted maintenance/handyman skills that may be called upon. With additional skills the hourly wage will increase. The position includes basic cleaning duties, including site trash pick up and removal, pressure washing and other duties designed to maintain curb appeal. The candidate must be able to take charge and ownership of the position and be able to work with little direct supervision. Candidate must be able to operate a personal and own a smart phone and required apps for the time clock and work orders. We will pay you $45 tax free each month for reimbursement of your cell phone bill.
Reliable transportation is mandatory.
