We are seeking an Experienced Pool Maintenance Technician. As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year. Responsibilities:
Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more.
Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results.
Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running.
Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills.
Experience working with and maintaining residential pools.
Ability to work outside.
CPO certified would be good, but not necessary for hire (company will pay for this training to get you certified)
