Full time maintenance person, Provide general maintenance for Cocoa Beach condominium including but not limited to maintaining building and grounds, pool, lawn irrigation, light electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
Must be a self starter with good communication skills and problem solving abilities. Must have a valid Drivers License and vehicle. Background check maybe performed.
