Responsibilities:
Assist customers with using our self-serve car wash facilities.
Provide guidance and instruction on operating car wash equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of self-serve bays, including sweeping, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies.
Offer friendly and helpful customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as needed.
Contact technical support to swiftly address and resolve major equipment issues, ensuring uninterrupted operation of self-serve car wash facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Prior experience in a customer service or automotive environment is a plus but not required.
