We're looking for someone eager to learn, takes initiative, and is committed to safety and punctuality. This role involves local and non-local daily work, with occasional out-of-town overnight jobs.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of fiber optic cable
Work closely with experienced crew members to learn proper techniques and procedures.
Prepare job sites by gathering materials and equipment.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Drive company vehicles responsibly and safely (when needed).
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
o Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
o Reliable transportation.
o Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
o Non-smoker.
o Punctual and reliable attendance.
o Ability to comprehend and execute simple instructions.
o Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
