Experienced Maintenance/ HVAC Technician (Titusville)
We are looking for a mature, experienced Maintenance Technician to prepare and maintain our rental units.
HVAC CLEANING & SERVICING WOULD BE A BIG PLUS with compensation. Variety of tasks such as basic plumbing & electrical repairs, painting, drywall repairs, installation of appliances & fixtures, perform Pest Control. Must be professional and pay attention to details. Needs to have problem solving skills and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to occasionally pick up supplies. The goal is to keep our rental units in good operating order and prep new units for move in.
MUST HAVE: Valid DL, dependable vehicle, assortment of standard hand tools, and a clean background.
