Spanish speaking help for senior mom

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s at my sister's house in Palm Bay. She will be released from rehab next week and we're learning how to deal with this day by day. Assistance with glucose testing and medication is needed; probably also taking her blood pressure. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing; she can do it herself but needs help getting in and out of the tub. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She only speaks spanish; everybody else in the house speaks english. We're thinking we can have somebody come in 4 hours 3x per week, but, we're slowly learning hot to deal w this. please let us know your experience taking care of older adults and provide references.
