As a customer support technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing timely and effective technical assistance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns about our cutting-edge medical devices. This role demands a customer-centric mindset, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Call center experience is preferred, as is proficiency with computers. This is an in-person position here in Cocoa Beach Florida.
This position includes:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
