As a Field Service Technician IV, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Prior experience / good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Cisco, Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+ Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Advanced understanding of troubleshooting techniques
Advanced electrical wiring skills
Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time
Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command requirements for deployed locations
Willing to deploy on a 60/30 or 60/60 rotation schedule
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Experience with FCC or FCC GROL
Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pilot Static Equipment gauges

Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
