Licensed Plumber needed. Residential & Light Commercial repair and remodeling company in business for over 20+ years. Looking to partner with a plumbing subcontractor to handle the plumbing needs on our remodeling projects. This will mainly be residential remodeling projects. All projects will be in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Sample of skills needed:
Install shower pan and liners for shower floors.
Install bathtubs.
Replace shower valves.
Reroute plumbing as needed.
Relocating shower drains.
Rough plumbing as needed.
Requirements:
General Liability insurance
Workers compensation insurance or equivalent exemptions.
