Services Required:
Lawn Cutting: Regular mowing to maintain a neat appearance.
Edging: Precision trimming along walkways, driveways, and flower beds.
Blowing: Clearing of leaves and debris from lawns, driveways, and sidewalks.
Properties:
Single-Family Homes: Pricing needed per property.
Duplexes: Pricing needed per side
Basic Requirements:
- You are Insured and Ready to add us as "Additional Insured" on your COI.
- To be Licensed or Non-Licensed as per State Law to complete landscaping.
- To be ready to sign a "One Time Service Agreement" to get added to the Contractor Network.
- To send photographic evidence of Before-During & After photos of all repairs - Bid Request & Bid Approval.
