I’m looking to hire an experienced residential electrician to run small residential repairs Monday-Friday. He must be good with people, drug and alcohol free while on the job, and willing to work weekend emergency calls IF they come in.
Job Details:
- The electrician I hire will drive a fully stocked Ford Transit 250 and which he can take home. All required materials and many required tools will be stocked at all times. He will run 2-3 electrical service calls Monday-Friday, from the hours of 9 AM-5 PM. If he finishes the calls early he can go home and relax and will still be paid for an 8 hour day. There may be a day or two a week with no calls to run in which he will STILL RECEIVE PAY.
Payment Terms:
- The electrician I hire will start at $20/hr until after 3 months of positive review he will be bumped up to $25/hr and affordable health insurance.
- On slow weeks, he will receive a minimum of $800 per week regardless if he didn’t work 40 hours.
- He will have the opportunity to upsell customers additional services for 17% commissions. Additional services includes air conditioners, generators, landscape lighting, lighting, AC maintenance packages, etc. He will have an entire list of additional services he can sell the customer. In the case of an upsell, he will receive 7% (sale) + 10% (install), for a total of 17% job value NOT INCLUDING HOURLY.
- The electrician will be PAID WEEKLY, both his hourly pay and commissions.
- If the electrician is required to work a weekend emergency call he will receive double time pay.
