Complete proficiency in all general HVAC service and maintenance
Ability to establish relationships with customers to offer solutions for the right products and services.
Evaluate customer needs to troubleshoot heating & cooling system malfunctions.
Educate & assist customers in choosing the best in home comfort solutions & maintenance plans.
Identify and explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems.
Understand service criteria & hold the team accountable for exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Present yourself as a knowledgeable resource professional to win new referrals & repeat business.
Work with office staff to ensure overall success of the business.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse & ensure that service vehicles are well & properly inventoried.
Drive and participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, customer reviews.
