A well-established landscaping company in Florida is seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage lawn maintenance operations. This role is responsible for supervising multiple crews, coordinating with HOA representatives, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring high-quality landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, irrigation systems, and team leadership.

The previous Lawn Maintenance Manager worked with the company for 8 years before transitioning to a position closer to home.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage 10 maintenance crews across HOA and builder properties
Handle scheduling, proposals, product orders, and work requests
Oversee irrigation techs, attend HOA meetings, and troubleshoot equipment
Use Outlook and Excel to manage scheduling and reporting
Support onboarding and help maintain a smooth operation across multiple job sites
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / year DOE

What They’re Looking For:
5+ years in a similar lawn maintenance or landscaping management role
Expertise in Florida plant ID, turf diseases, and pest/fertilizer programs
Knowledge of Hunter and Rainbird irrigation timers
Comfortable supervising large field teams and coordinating multiple projects
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma or GED + valid Florida driver’s license (clean record)
